Demonstrations:
Our teams do lots of demonstrations
throughout the year. We have both
video and power point presentations for
schools, community organizations and law
enforcement agencies. Please contact
us for more information.
Video:
We have a short CD of our team that
explains our mission and shows all of our
specialty canines at work. The cost is
$20.00 including mailing. Please contact Kathy
at
k9handler@wildblue.net for your copy.
Other
Instruction: We have two fire
school instructors and also state certified
teachers available for a variety of training
and certified courses, such as HAZMAT
awareness and Search Operations..

All of our dogs, regardless of specialty,
receive a lot of agility training to help
them prepare for real life work. |

Tracking/Trailing:

Our dogs are scent specific, meaning that
they will follow the scent that is presented
to them, forsaking any others.
We heavily train in both rural and urban
areas, aged and fresh.
Human Remains Detection

This is our most called
upon resource
and we work hard to
maintain our training on both land and
water.

Wilderness/Area
Search
These dogs are trained to
go into an area and find ANY live human
odor,
in either a wilderness
setting or a building search.
Disaster
Our disaster teams are trained and certified
to the same specifications as the FEMA teams
with exception of the size of rubble
required. Handler are all Amateur
Radio Operators, and have training in
Hazmat, search ops (all completed NIMS
courses, first aid, and many other related
courses.)
